Shipping fee *One time only 500 JPY
Starting on the first day of the month following activation, you will be charged a flat
monthly fee based on your chosen plan. This fee will be automatically charged to your
registered credit card until you request to cancel the service.

Can I make or receive phone calls?
Yes, with the disgnated application "050mobile" installed on your phone. This application can be downloaded from URLs below.

Does every cell phone/device accepts your SIM card?
Almost yes, as long as your phone/device is SIM-free and compatible. Please check the compatibility beforehand.

Can I use MNP (Mobile Number Portability)?
Unfortunately, we do not support your use of MNP feature with our SIM.

Can I use SMS with domestic (Japanese) numbers?
Yes, you can send/receive domestic SMS. But sending SMS is a charged service, while you can receive SMS without charges.
SMS sending rate to domestic phone numbers is 2 JPY/message (70 character-limit). Tax included. -
Can I use international SMS?
Yes, you can send/receive international SMS. But sending international SMS is a charged service, while you can receive SMS without charges.
Please note that the international SMS sending rate in Japan is high compared to other countries, though.
SMS sending rate to international phone numbers is 50 JPY/message (70 character-limit). Tax included. -
Can I make international calls?
We are afraid that it is not available to make/receive international calls.
To talk with someone outside of Japan or with international phone number, please use internet calling apps. -
Is it possible to change the SIM plan during the contract?
Yes, it is possible but it cannot be changed in the middle of the month.
If we receive a plan change request at least by 10 days before the end of the month, the change can be made in the following month -
How can I check my data usage?
You can check the data amount on your phone by checking the Settings.
Please go to Settings and see if there's an icon/panel that says Mobile network or Mobile Data, depending on your device. -
What happens if I exceed my monthly data usage?
The access speed drops down significantly to 200kbps for the rest of the month.
Under this condition, SNS apps usage should be hardly available (very slow or ends up with time out error).
You can contact us to purchase extra data as a top-up at JPY1000 per 1 GB. -
How do I call a number that starts with 0120-, 0570-, or an emergency number (110, 118, 119)?
Regrettably, you cannot make calls to numbers that begin with 0120-, 0570-, or emergency numbers.
If you find yourself in a situation where you need to contact an emergency number and you are within your local area, we suggest saving the phone numbers of the nearest police station or fire station in your phone.
However, if you are outside your local area, consider downloading an app that allows you to quickly locate the nearest police station or fire station along with their contact information.
When dealing with numbers that begin with 0120- or 0570-, they typically belong to businesses.
Companies should have numbers starting with 03- (or other numbers), and you can reach them using these numbers. -
Can I recharge the data if I reach my monthly limit?
Yes, you can. The extra data as a top-up can be purchased at JPY1,000/1GB (tax included).
If this top-up request is received on a business day morning time, the extra data may be available within a few hours on the same day.
While if requested during weekends/holidays, it may take several days (1 to 3 days or longer) for arrangement.

Three kinds of plans available: 7GB (¥3,278/month), 10GB (¥3,828/month), 25GB (¥4,378 /month) tax included.

What kind of payment methods are available?
We accept Credit/Debit card online payments for monthly-based automatic charging during your contract.
No convenience store payments or bank account transfers are available, unfortunately. -
I do not have a Japanese credit card. Can I use my credit card issued in my country?
Yes, you can.
We accept credit and debit cards issued outside of Japan. -
When is the monthly billing dates after my first order payment?
Service fee of a month will be billed and charged on the first day of the following month
to your credit/debit card.
(e.g., monthly fees for March will be billed and charged on April 1.) -
How can I change my monthly payment credit card during my subscription?
We will send you a link to change your credit card information at your request.

Can I pay at a convenience store or by my Japanese bank account direct debit?
We are afraid not. The monthly fees can only be paid by credit card or debit card.

How many days should I order prior to the pick-up date?
We ask our customers' to place orders at least 3 days prior to the wished date of pick-up. For your last-minute orders within 3 days, please contact us for availability.

Do I need to return this SIM card after my subscription?
No need to return the SIM card, please dispose of it following your staying area's local disposal rules.
After the contract ends, the service will be disconnected with that SIM and not reusable.

At what time exactly can I pick up my SIM card?
With your order more than 3 days in advance to your pick up date, your SIM card/s will be delivered by your pick up date/time so that you will be able to use your SIM card on the specified "Start Date of use".

I want to pick-up my SIM card at the airport, how can I get it?
Very simple and handy! Please pick up the package at the pick-up location you selected (post office or pick-up counter at the aiport) during openning hours. For detailed instructions, refer to your "Confirmation Email" sent to you after placing your order.

My flight will arrive at night, is it possible to get my SIM card at the airport?
Depends on your arrival time. Please double-check the opening hours of post offices and pick-up counters on our web page. If your flight lands less than two hours before closing time, it is highly recommended that you pick up your SIM card at your accommodation.

I got your SIM card. How to set the APN on my device?
Please refer to the English instruction paper “How to set APN” included with your SIM card. If this paper is missing, you can also find How to Set Up information below. Just go to the Settings on your device and set following the instructions.

Do I need to activate or do anything else to use a voice SIM?
Activation will be done automatically on your specified ""Start Date of Use"". But yes, you need to insert the SIM to your phone and set your phone's APN. APN setting instruction paper will be enclosed and delivered with your SIM card. A disgnated IP phone application is needed, as well, for calls.

I couldn’t get my SIM card at the airport, what can I do?
Please contact us ASAP with your accommodation information for the first 4 days of your arrival.
This is because you will be charged for data usage from your specified "Start Date of Use" even if you have not actually received it,and we have to retrieve the delivered package and resend it to the earliest destination within the four days you contacted us.

What’s the network coverage area?
NTT DOCOMO's 4G/LTE network, which we use, has achieved a ""population coverage"" rate of over 99.9% by fiscal 2019.
NTT DOCOMO has also installed antennas on mountaintops and in mountain lodges to ensure proper connectivity even on mountain roads and in mountainous areas where signal reception is difficult.
* Population coverage stands for the condition that service covers over the places with the resident population. -
